What are the care instructions for my garment?

The care instructions are listed on the inside tag of each garment, but most items are machine wash gentle cycle, tumble dry. All materials are prewashed and preshrunk, so they won't shrink when you wash them at home.

Purchasing:

Always the Forest accepts all major credit cards and debit cards processed through PayPal. You do not need to create a PayPal account to use PayPal. Just click on the "add to cart" button and go through the checkout when finished shopping.

Shipping:

Within the US, shipping is $5.00 for the first item, and there is no additional charge for extra items.

Shipping for international orders is $10.00 for the first item, then an additional $1.50 for each item after that.

For standard delivery within the US, your order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Once shipped, orders generally take 2-3 days for delivery. Allow 1-2 weeks for processing and shipping. International (including Canada) orders are shipped Standard Air Mail.

Taxes:

Michigan residents are charged 6% sales tax.

Returns:

Always the Forest accepts returns on items provided that the item is unworn and clean. The return package must be sent within seven days of arrival and it must be insured and sent with delivery confirmation. Shipping fees cannot be refunded.
